HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

In order to give you the results you’re looking for, there are a number of different factors for this program, I’ll briefly describe them here:

ONBOARDING PROCESS

➊ Open and accept the Trainerize email and set up your account.

➋ Download the Trainerize app.

➌ Upload progress pictures in the “photos” section.

➍ Fill out the Intake Form within 24 hours.

➎ Download MyFitnessPal and link to Trainerize.

➏ Track 3-5 days of food in MyFitnessPal
